川东北大斜度定向井井身结构优化研究

Optimized research on high-angle directional well structure in northeast Sichuan

  • 摘要: 川东北海相资源丰富、气藏埋藏深,具有高温、高压、含硫化氢的"三高"特性。由于该地区地质情况异常复杂,定向井已成为常用井型,钻井面临的最突出难题是钻速慢、周期长、成本高。针对钻井瓶颈问题,开展大斜度定向井井身结构优化研究,根据钻井复杂情况确定套管下深,提出了将飞仙关组和嘉陵江组同时揭示的四开制井身结构优化方案,并针对不同井段提出了相应的优快钻井工艺。该研究成果在HF203井和HJ203H井成功应用,平均机械钻速2.01m/h,平均钻井周期309d,实现了钻井提速和安全钻井双赢。

     

    Abstract: Northeast Sichuan is rich in sea facies resources,and buried deep gas reservoir with "three high" characteristics as high temperature,high pressure,high hydrogen sulfide content. Geological conditions in the area is very complex,directional well has become a common well-type. The mostprominent problems of drilling is low speed,long life cycle and high costs. Aiming at drilling bottlenecks,carrying out high-angle directional well casing structure optimization study,and determine casing depth based on drilling under complex situations,this paper put forward four open system casing structure optimization programs which revealed Feix-ianguan group and Jialing River group simultaneously,and proposed corresponding fast drilling technology at different well sections. The successful application in HF203 well and HJ203H well with an average penetration rate 2. 01 m/h,and the average drilling cycle of 309 d,has achieved win-win in the drilling speed and safety.
