  • 摘要: 架岭607-3-11井是一口滩海陆采的大斜度、大位移井。针对该井地层岩性复杂、泥质含量较高等地层特点和大位移井施工难点,通过优化钻井液工艺技术,配制并应用了无机凝胶和聚合醇防塌钻井液。现场应用效果表明:两种钻井液性能稳定,流变性好,机械钻速高,携岩能力强,低毒环保。有效地解决了井壁稳定、井眼净化和润滑防卡等三大技术难题。

     

    Abstract: Jialing 607-3-11 well is highly deviated,with high angle and big displacement.According to the formation characteristics,such as poor formation lithology and shale content,as well as big displacement well construction difficulties,through the optimization of drilling fluid technology to carry out the preparation and application of the inorganic gel and polymerization alcohol collapse prevention drilling fluid.Field application effect shows that the two kinds of drilling fluid performance is of stable,good rheological property,high mechanical drilling rate,strong carrying rock ability,environmental protection and lower toxicity,which effectively solve the wellbore stability,hole cleaning and anti-lubrication card,the three big technical difficult problems.
