渤海油田早期注聚特征分析及优化调整技术研究——以S油田为例

Early polymer flooding characteristics analysis and optimization adjustment technology in Bohai oilfield

  • 摘要: 渤海S油田在含水68%时进行了早期注聚,截至目前已开展了14年的聚合物驱矿场实践,取得了明显的稳油控水效果。在动态跟踪的基础上,提出了一系列改善注聚效果的优化调整措施:加强注聚方案的动态跟踪及优化调整;注聚井开展全面分注以及全过程调剖,降低低效循环,改善注聚纵向波及;采油井开展提液措施扩大聚合物驱效果。截至2016年底,聚合物驱实现增油370.7×104 m3,提高控制区采出程度3.9%。

     

    Abstract: Early polymer flooding was conducted in Bohai S oilfield when the water cut reached 68%.Up to now,polymer flooding field practice has been carried out for 14years,which has obtained a good effect of oil stabilization and water control.On the basis of dynamic tracking,a series of optimization adjustment measures to improve the polymer flooding effect have been proposed:to strengthen the dynamic tracking and optimization adjustment of the polymer flooding program,to carry out the comprehensive separate injection and profile control throughout polymer flooding among the injecting polymer wells to reduce low effective circulation and improve vertical sweep of polymer injection,to carry out lifting liquid measures among the producing wells to expand the polymer flooding effect,meanwhile combining with water sticking and water control to slow down the polymer crossflow.By the end of 2016,the total oil increment has increased by 370.7×104m~3,and the recovery of the control area has increased by 3.9%.
