  • 摘要: 泌阳凹陷南部陡坡带构造地层倾角较大,岩性以粗砾岩、砂砾岩为主,部分区块需钻至基岩,由于地质特征复杂,存在井身质量控制难度大、井下故障多和机械钻速低等钻井难点,为此,专门开展了相应的综合配套技术研究,形成了钻头优选、钻井参数优化、井身质量控制、钻井液体系优选和井下故障预防技术等5项钻井配套技术。该配套技术经现场应用22井次,平均钻井周期缩短47.78%,平均机械钻速提高29.86%,井下故障率降为2.6%,取得了较好的应用效果和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: The southern steep slope belt of Biyang depression has the characteristics of big formation dip,coarse conglomerate and glutenite reservoirs. In parts of the reservoirs,basement rock needs to be drilled down. Because of the complicated geologic characteristics,great difficulty in controlling well bore quality,many down-hole failures and low penetration rate,a comprehensive supporting technology research has been carried out. In the end,bit optimization,drilling pa-rameters optimization and well bore quality control,drilling fluid system selection and underground failure prevention technology have been formed. This kind of supporting tech-nology has been applied by 22 wells,with 47. 78% average shortened drilling cycles,29. 86% increased average penetra-tion rate and 2. 6% decreased down-hole failure rate,andachieved good application effect and economic benefits.
