塔河油田超大规模酸压工艺技术的研究及应用

  • 摘要: 常规酸压已成塔河油田奥陶系碳酸盐储层改造的主要技术措施,但是常规酸压存在酸蚀裂缝距离短,导流能力有限,难以沟通远处有效储集体等问题,为此,开展了超大规模酸压施工工艺新技术研究,通过酸压工艺与加砂压裂工艺二者的有机组合,有效增加了裂缝缝长,提高了裂缝导流能力。该技术在TH10411井进行了现场应用,根据压后效果评价,该工艺取得了延拓造缝长度、改善储层导流能力、沟通远处储集体的理想效果。

     

    Abstract: The conventional acid fracturing technology has become the main measure for the Ordovician carbonate reservoir transformation of Tahe oilfield,but it still exists the problem that it has a short acid etching cracks,limited conductivity and difficult to connect with distant reservoir. In order to solve the problem, the paper proposes a new acid fracturing technology at a very large-scale using more acid fracturing liquids, which connects acid fracturing with sand fracturing organically to increase the fracture length and conductivity. The technology applied in the well TH10411. According to the evaluation after fracturing, the technology has made a great progress in increasing the fracture length, improving reservoir conductivity and connecting the reservoir far from the wellbore, which provides an important technical support for the late development of Tahe oilfield.
