  • 摘要: 通过对国内同类型压井液配方及性能的调研分析,提出了一种新型压井液SO-1油包水乳化压井液,各种室内性能试验表明,它能最大限度地保持地层的原有特性,有效地保护油气层。特别适应于低压、低渗透及强水敏地层。与一般的油包水压井液相比,在高温下稳定时间长,可实现长时间压井作业,不会因压井液失效而伤害地层;可实现连续压井和回收利用,大大降低压井液的使用成本。

     

    Abstract: A new S0-1water-in-oil killing fluid is presented based on comparison with forum and properties of the killing fluids of the same kind made in China.Laboratory property experiment show that it can keep the original fea-tures of formations as much as possible and protect effec-tively pay zones.It is especially suitable for use in low p ressure,low permeable and strong water sensitive forma-tions.It can keep stab ilized for a long time at high temper-ature,thus killing operation can be per formed in a long period with no formation damage from malfunction of killing flu id.Cost of killing operation is reduced by a big margin.
