  • 摘要: 海拉尔油田地层倾角大、地下断层多、自然造斜能力强,采用轻压吊打或弯螺杆纠斜方法,不能解决井斜等问题。为此,引进了贝克休斯的VTK垂直钻井系统,同时优选了与其相适应的钻头、钻具组合及钻井液体系。该技术现场应用15口井表明,在易斜地层,可以有效控制井斜、解放钻压,全面提高机械钻速。

     

    Abstract: Hailaer oilfield has the characteristics of sharply changed stratigraphic dip, many developed faults and strong natural deflecting force. So deflection control is very difficult and the ROP is slowly to use light compression and bit-easing and bent screw, the situation has an effect on ROP and the development. In order to solve the above problems, the introduction of the VTK vertical drilling system of Baker Hughes is found to be a good solution to the contradiction between well deflection and the WOB, which can increase the ROP. At the same time, the suitable bit, drilling string, drilling mud system, decreasing the accident, such as drill tool failures, bit freezing, well collapse and so on have been optimized. Shown by 15 Wells field application, this system can effectively control well deflection, release the WOB and increase the ROP in the inclined strata.
