Abstract:
By means of outcrops, casting thin section, fluid inclusion and electron probe, and physical property test, the characteristics of middle-upper Cambrian reservoirs in Wulong-Shizhu area, eastern Chongqing were described and evaluated. The results show that the reservoir rock types of middle-upper Cambrian in WulongShizhu area in eastern Chongqing are mainly crystalline dolomite, granular dolomite and algal dolomite. The porosity range of dolomite reservoir is 0.38%~12.70%, with an average value of 3.06%, and the permeability range is 0.060×10-3~68.000×10-3 μm2, with an average value of 1.920×10-3μm2. The reservoir is characterized by low porosity and low permeability. In view of the complexity of reservoir characteristics in this area, by using cluster analysis method, the reservoirs are divided into two types. One is the favorable reservoir development of middle Cambrian in Shizhu-Shuangliuba in eastern Chongqing, and the other is the underdeveloped reservoir sections of middle-upper Cambrian in Huangcao, Wulong, eastern Chongqing and upper Cambrian in Shizhu-Shuangliuba.
