火烧油层在河南浅层稠油油田的可行性研究

  • 摘要: 河南稠油油田油藏具有浅、薄、稠、散、小的特点,目前热采老区普遍进入多轮次高周期蒸汽吞吐阶段,注蒸汽热采效果愈来愈差,地下仍滞留相当量的剩余油难以动用,而部分稠油和超稠油采用常规热采难以动用,资源利用率低,稠油后备资源又匮乏,急需研发提高采收率的新技术,为此提出火烧油层在河南浅层稠油油田的可行性研究。文中结合河南油田稠油油藏的地质特征和开采现状,从火驱筛选标准、设备工艺、油藏地质、室内物模实验、经济方面综合分析评价了火驱开采技术在河南浅层稠油油田的可行性,分析研究结果表明河南浅层稠油油田部分区块进行火烧油层开发总体上是可行的。

     

    Abstract: The Henan heavy oil reservoir is shallow,thin, heavy, dispersed and small. At present, old thermalrecovery area entered multi-time high cycle steam injectionstage, steam injection thermal recovery is getting more andmore worse, the equivalent remaining oil is still undergroundand difficult to produce, but the partial heavy oil and the ultra heavy oil can't be produced through the conventional thermal recovery, the availability of resources is low, the heavyoil reserve resources are also deficient, developing new technology to enhance recovery rate is in urgent need. For thisreason, feasibility study of formation combustion of Henanshallow layer heavy oil oilfield has been proposed. In the article, it unifies the geological feature and the present miningsituation of Henan oil field heavy oil reservoir, firefloodscreening standard, the equipment craft, the oil deposit geology, the indoor working model experiment, the economic aspect has been analysed to evaluate the feasibility of firefloodrecovery in Henan shallow layer heavy oilfield. The analytical study result indicated that it is generally feasible for partof the blocks.
