喇嘛甸油田完井液体系研究

Completion fluid system study of Lamadian oilfield

  • 摘要: 喇嘛甸油田粘土矿物含量较高,储层敏感性严重,另外,所使用的完井液受加重剂材料的限制,远不能满足注聚而造成的地层高压对射孔完井作业过程中防喷的要求。通过开展完井液配方中单剂筛选过程以及与地层配伍性实验研究,给出今后聚驱及新投产井所适合的最佳完井液配方。研究结果表明,该完井液与地层的配伍性较好,岩心动态渗透率恢复值均在80%以上。优选出的完井液配方为:DFW-1型完井液基液+1.0%的WY型粘土稳定剂溶液+盐结晶抑制剂+NaNO3加重剂+1.0%的缓蚀剂。

     

    Abstract: Lamadian oilfield has the characteristics of high clay mineral and serious reservoir sensitivity. In addition, limited by the heavy weight additive, the completion fluid can not meet the requirement of blowout during the process of perforating completion operation due to formation high pressure. Through single agent screening and laboratory research of formation compatibility, the optimal well completion fluid for polymer flooding and new production wells has been provided, which can guarantee stable and high production of new production wells. The research results indicate the well completion fluid has good compatibility with formation, the dynamic permeability recovery of reservoir rock was more than 80%, the optimal well completion fluid formula is DFW-1 type completion fluid base fluid+1.0% WY type clay stabilizer solution + salt crystallization inhibitor (with NaNO3 as heavy weight additive) +1.0% corrosion inhibitor.
