Accuracy analysis of using pressure data to predict oil-water contact

  • 摘要: 海上油田勘探阶段探井位于油藏较高部位,多数油层没有钻遇油水界面,且缺少试油资料,工作中通常充分利用了探井、评价井丰富的FMT/MDT测压资料来预测油水界面。以渤海几个已开发油田为例,通过钻前钻后油水界面的对比,认为水线的确定、油层测压点个数、有效测压点间的最大距离、储层厚度及地层流体密度等几个因素会影响压力资料预测油水界面的精度。

     

    Abstract: As offshore oil exploration wells are mainly situated in the higher part of oil reservoir,oil-water contact of most oil layers hasn't been drilled. Without production testing da-ta,FMT/MDT pressure data will be used to predict oil-water contact. Taking examples of some developed oilfield in Bohai,the oil-water contact comparison before drilling and after drilling has been carried out in this paper. The compar-ison finds that the determination of water line,the number of reservoir pressure measurement points,effective pressure measuring points,the maximum distance between the reser-voir thickness and formation fluid density will affect accuracy analysis of using pressure data to predict oil-water contact.
