A Geologic Model for Carbonate Reservoirs in Kenneyak Oilfield

  • 摘要: 肯基亚克油田位于滨里海盆地的东缘,该油田石炭系油藏是一个以裂缝、溶洞为主的碳酸盐岩油藏,储层划分为三类:裂缝-孔隙-孔洞型储层、孔隙-孔洞型储层、微裂缝型储层。由于碳酸盐岩储层裂缝、溶洞发育的特殊性,长期以来如何建立裂缝、溶洞储层地质模型一直都是较为关注的难题。此次首先通过描述储层的沉积分布特征,确定了地质模型的框架;通过对岩心与测井数据的分析,确定了不同孔隙度范围内微裂缝与溶洞分布规律,并利用密度孔隙度和基岩孔隙度做裂缝和溶洞的定性描述;在对井间储层预测与地质建模时,运用了地质统计学原理,对不同类型的储层选取了不同变程,这样确保了不同类储层预测的精度,并采用条件模拟方法,建立了孔隙度模型。总结出了一套利用密度孔隙度、钻速、岩心分析孔隙度和渗透率资料,并运用地质统计学技术建立碳酸盐岩油藏储层分布模型的技术路线。

     

    Abstract: Carboniferous reservoirs in Kenneyak oilfield, located at the eastern edge of the Pre- Caspian basin, are carbonate reservoirs with fractures and cavities as the main pore types. The reservoirs can be divided into 3 types according to pore types: fracture- pore- cavity reservoir, pore - cavity reservoir and micro - fissure reservoir. As carbonate reservoirs have well developed fractures and cavities, it is difficult to build geologic models for reservoirs of fracture and cavity types. A frame for building geologic models is defined through description of the sedimentary distribution features of reservoirs; the distribution patterns of micro - fissures and cavities in different porosity ranges are determined based on analysis of core and logging data; and the fractures and cavities are quantitatively characterized by using density porosity and matrix porosity data. The principles of geostatistics are used in inter -well reservoir prediction and geological modeling to ensure the prediction accuracy of different reservoir types. Conditional modeling methods are used to build porosity models. A set of technical methods are summarized in this paper to build distribution models for carbonate reservoirs by using geostatistics theory and density porosity, drill rate, analytical core porosity and permeability data.
