Drilling coring technology of Triassic tight reservoir in Yichuan basin

  • 摘要: 针对伊川盆地地层岩性致密、取心速度慢和取心收获率低等钻井取心难点,通过研究三叠系各组段地层岩性特点,优选取心钻头、取心工具,优化取心钻进参数和取心工艺,形成了一套针对伊川盆地三叠系致密地层的钻井取心技术,现场应用3口井,取心收获率98.36%,比屯1井提高了17.37%,取心机械钻速2.76m/h,是屯1井的3.63倍,取得了较好的应用效果和经济效益。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the drilling coring difficulties, such as tight lithology, slow coring speed and low core recovery, through characteristics research on Triassic tight reservoirs, the core drilling bit, coring tool, drilling parameters and coring technology have been optimized and then a series of drilling coring technologies for Triassic tight reservoirs have been established. The field application in 3 wells indicates the core recovery is 98.36%, which is increased 17.37% compared with Tun-1 well. The core mechanical drilling rate is 2.76 m/h, which is 3.63 times of Tun-1 well. The application results indicate good effects and economic benefits, which provides good guidance for similar formation coring.
