超稠油三元复合吞吐中表面活性剂筛选及性能评价

Surface active agent selection and performance evaluation in ternary combination huff-puff of super heavy oil

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田超稠油井吞吐轮次高、吞吐效果逐渐变差的特点,提出了超稠油三元复合吞吐采油工艺技术。根据辽河油田现场情况对研制的四种表面活性剂从界面张力、发泡率、HLB值及配伍性几方面进行了筛选,筛选出2#表面活性剂为适合辽河油田超稠油三元复合吞吐的注入剂,并对其改变油水界面张力性能、抗盐性、稳定性以及驱油效果进行了评价和研究。评价结果表明:2#表面活性剂使用质量分数在0.1%~0.5%范围内,油水界面张力均能达到超低界面张力,具有较强的抗盐性和稳定性,活性剂的添加一定程度上提高了原油的采收率,周期采出程度提高了1.73%。

     

    Abstract: In view of high turn numbers and poor effect in huffpuff production of Liaohe oilfield,a ternary combination huff-puff technology of super heavy oil has been discussed in this paper.According to filed situation,four kinds of surface active agent have been compared among boundary tension,frothing percentage,HLB value and compatibility.In the end,2 # surface active agent was selected to be the injecting material.Besides that,a further research and evaluation on oil/water interfacial tension,salt resistance,stability and displacement characteristics have been carried out.The re-sult indicates the mass fraction of 2# surface active agent is 0.1%-0.5%,it has a strong salt resistance and stability,and oil/water interfacial tension could be up to ultralow in-terfacial tension.As a result,the cycle recovery degree could be enhanced 1.73% by the using this kind of stimula-tor.
