  • 摘要: 栗2井位于泌阳凹陷南部陡坡栗园断鼻构造带上,其下部基岩岩性主要为大理岩,裂缝、缝洞发育,是较好的储层。针对该井地下岩层情况和固井封固段较长,固井施工压力大,易造成水泥浆漏失低返和水泥浆易污染油藏等技术难题,开展了相应研究与分析工作,采用了分级注水泥器、管外封隔器和防漏增韧低密度高强度水泥浆体系相结合的固井技术。该技术降低了固井施工安全风险,提高了固井质量,有效地保护了裂缝性基岩油藏,经济效益明显。

     

    Abstract: Li-2 well is located in the nose structural zone of southern steep slope of Biyang depression. The lower part of the bedrock lithology is mainly marble,with developed frac-tures and pores,belonging to good reservoirs. Aiming at the technical difficulties such as long cementing interval,high cementing pressure,easy mudloss and easy pollution,the relative research and analysis have been carried out. The ce-menting technology combining stage cementing distributor,outside casing packer and leak-proof toughened cement slurry together has been adopted,which will achieve obvious economic benefits,reduce security risks,improve cementing quality and effectively protect fractured rock reservoir.
