塔河油田超深井稠油采油工艺评价与优选

Evaluation and well selection of over-deep well heavy oil production technology in Tahe oilfield

  • 摘要: 塔河油田属超深井稠油油藏,原油粘度高、凝固点高、比重大,导致开采比较困难,对目前采用的电热吊杆自喷采油工艺、掺稀降粘自喷采油工艺、有杆抽稠泵采油工艺、螺杆泵采油工艺、电动潜油泵采油工艺做了详细评价分析,指出了各种采油工艺技术的优势和不足,提出以自喷为主导、以有杆抽稠泵和电动潜油泵为接替的主导采油工艺体系。

     

    Abstract: Tahe oil field is an ultra deep well heavy oil reservoir with high viscosity, high freezing point and large gravity and is difficult for exploitation. This article had made detailed evaluation and analysis on currently adopted flowing production technology as electric heating hanger rod, mixing watery and viscosity reduction, sucker rod heavy oil pump, screw pump and electric submersible pump, pointed out their advantages and disadvantages and proposed flowing production driving technology system in replacement of sucker rod pump and electric submersible pump.
