Abstract: This paper introduces the development process of electrical network in Henan oilfield and the main problems existed at present.Load of each switching station is rela-tively high,load capacity of primary equipments is small,insulating level is low,reliability of power supply is poor and automation level is low.Work in the future should fo-cus on control of load increase and accomplishing automa-tion of electrical power distribution network to realize safe,reliable and economic operation of electrical network.
