Abstract: A two - phase(oil,water)and two - dimensional section model was used to simulate waterflooding at different water- injection positions in rhythmic bottom water drive reservoir. The simulation results were analyzed according to the lateral and vertical movements and interlayer crossflow of oil and water, and the regular pattern of waterflooding at different positions were revealed.
