低渗透油藏有杆抽油系统效率分析

  • 摘要: 建立了一种实用的有杆抽油系统效率的测试计算模型,利用此模型对延长低渗透油藏唐114井区1351的三口井进行了效率分析研究,根据油井的基础数据及光杆示功图计算出了光杆功率和水功率,由此得出地面效率、井下效率及系统效率。采用优选抽汲参数的方法,在不影响油井正常产液的情况下,适当地增大冲程、减小冲次及选择合理泵径,使得这三口井有杆抽油系统效率平均提高4.8%,平均节电率达到44.5%,节电效果明显。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,a practical model for measuring and calculating the suck rod pump system efficiency is developed.The efficiency analyse and research has been made with this model in three low permeability oilwells at T114 oil block of Yanchang Petroleum Group.Based on the data of oil well and polish rod indicator diagram,the polish rod power,water power,ground efficiency,underground efficiency and system efficiency can be calculated.Using the method of optimal swabbing parameters(such as increasing the length of stroke and decreasing the pumping speed and pump diameter appropriately),the average efficiency of three oil wells has been improved 4.8%without altering daily output.And the average energy saving rate reaches 44.5%.Research shows that this method and model are feasible,which can make energy saving and consumption reducing.
