辽河油田稠油油藏水平井找堵水配套工艺技术

Supporting technique of water plugging detection in horizontal wells of heavy oil reservoir in Liaohe oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对辽河油田稠油水平井采用原产液剖面测试仪存在堵水分段精度低、以及堵水成功率不高等技术难题,开展稠油水平井找堵水配套工艺技术研究,研发了水平井产液剖面测试仪,耐温达到178℃,测试深度达到3 300 m;并研制出水平井堵水配套工具,实现了水平井精确分段,分段精度达到1 m;优化了化学堵剂配方体系,封堵后突破压力达到11 MPa/m。现场试验表明,该技术解决了辽河油田稠油水平井存在的技术难题,改善了稠油油藏水平井开发效果。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the technical problems of water plugging with low segmented accuracy and low success rate of water plugging in horizontal wells with liquid production profile tester for heavy oil horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield, the supporting technique of water plugging detection in horizontal wells of heavy oil was carried out. The fluid producing profile measuring instrument of horizontal wells was developed, the temperature-resistance can be up to 178℃, the test depth is 3 300 m, a matched set of water plugging tools in horizontal wells was developed, the accurate segmentation of horizontal segmentation accuracy can be up to 1 m, the formula system of the chemical plugging agent was optimized, and the breakthrough pressure after sealing can be reached to 11 MPa/m. Field tests show that the technique solves the technical problems of heavy oil horizontal wells in Liaohe oilfield and improves the development effect of horizontal wells in heavy oil reservoir.
