马王庙油田储层伤害机理及解堵技术研究

Study on broken down technology and reservoir damage mechanism of Mawangmiao oilfield

  • 摘要: 马王庙油田储层普遍含有伊/蒙混层及黄铁矿等含铁矿物,存在较强的水敏和酸敏;长期以来注入水水质不达标,已经导致地层的固体堵塞和油堵;经过垢样分析,结垢主要为碳酸钙、少量铁垢及碳酸镁垢。基于以上的堵塞机理,研制了适用于马王庙油田储层的酸化解堵体系-MHB化学缓速酸。室内综合性能评价表明,MHB化学缓速酸具有较强的洗油、抑制粘土水化膨胀、防止Fe3+沉积能力,对油、Fe3+沉积悬浮物的堵塞具有很好的解堵效果,可作为现场用解堵剂的优化配方。

     

    Abstract: The reservoirs in Mawangmiao oilfield is strongly sensitive and acid sensitive because of its ferreous minerals, such as pyrite and illite/smectite mixed- layers. The injection water quality is not eligible for a long time, which has led to solid invasion and oil jam in the formations. Scale analysis indicates that the scale mostly consists of calcium carbonate, a little of iron scale and magnesium carbonate. On the basis of the plugging mechanism, an acidizing fluid--the MHB chemical retarded acid which can use appropriately in Mawangmiao oilfield has been developed. Laboratory studies indicate that MHB chemically retarded acid can flush oil, inhibits the swelling of clay solids, prevents the deposition of iron ion and has a good effect on the blocking remove of oil and Fe3 + deposition. At the same time, it has minor corrosive to the pipeline, has good compatibility with the oil, and doesn't form acid sludge, so it can be used as the optimal formula of blocking removers in the oilfield
