  • 摘要: 基于油藏数值模拟技术和建立的井壁入流与井筒管流模型,以河南油田赵安平5贯眼筛管完井水平井为研究对象,分析了各完井参数对水平井产液指数的影响规律,运用灰色关联分析方法对完井参数的敏感性进行量化分析,其影响程度由大到小依次为污染程度、筛孔密度、圆周筛孔数、筛孔直径、污染半径、筛管外径;模型的计算产液指数与水平井实际生产产液指数相对误差为7.44%,同时,对该井完井参数进行了优化,认为优化后产液指数可提高18.18%。

     

    Abstract: To analyze different completion parameters' influence on the productivity index of perforated liner completed horizontal wells quantitatively instead of using the common semi empirical way and make optimization design of these parameters,a coupled model of oil-gas-water three phase mixture fluids for perforated liner completed horizontal well which includes reservoir flow,well-wall inflow and well-bore flow was established based on the numerical stimulation technique.The influence of different completion parameters on the productivity index was analyzed through the research on Zhaoanping 5 well which is a perforated liner completed horizontal well,the parametric sensitivity of completion parameters was analyzed quantitatively with the method of gray correlation.The research shows that among those selected parameters,the descending order of their influence is:pollution degree,pore density,pore number per circle of liner,pore diameter,pollution radius,and screen out-diameter.These data shows good agreement with the production effect in the oilfield(the relative error of the fluid productivity index is 7.74%),indicating its accuracy.At the same time,the optimization design of this well's completion parameters was made and the calculation shows that its productivity will be raised by 18.18%.
