春光油田白垩系储层出砂规律预测及其生产应用研究

Sand production regularity prediction and its application research of Cretaceous reservoirs in Chunguang oilfield

  • 摘要: 春光油田白垩系稠油储层为疏松砂岩储层,生产过程中出砂严重,为此应用考虑孔隙压力的Mohr-Coulomb准则建立了临界出砂生产压差预测模型,使用伽马分布模型建立了出砂速度预测方法。利用测井资料计算岩石力学参数,使用实测地应力资料计算了最大、最小水平主应力构造系数,进而对春光油田春17井区白垩系储层的出砂规律进行了预测,得到了出砂临界压差和出砂速度。根据出砂预测结果推荐了防砂时机和防砂后生产制度。

     

    Abstract: In consideration of vertical wells in Cretaceous heavy oil reservoirs of Chunguang oilfield,the Mohr-Coulomb criterion by considering pore pressure has been taken as the condition for judging rock failure,and the prediction model for critical production differential pressure has been established.By use of the gamma distribution model,the prediction method of sand production rate has been established.By using logging data,the rock mechanics parameters have been calculated.With the measured terrestrial stress data,the maximum and minimum main tectonic stress coefficient has been calculated.And then the systematic sand production prediction of Cretaceous reservoirs of Chun-17 well block in Chunguang oilfield has been carried out and the critical pressure differential and sand production rate have been obtained.According to the sand production prediction results,the sand control and reducing timing and production system after sand production have been recommended.
