  • 摘要: 苏里格气田53区块属于低压、低渗区块,油藏埋藏深、油层薄、单井产量低,利用水平井开发技术是提高该区块单井产能及采收率的有效方法。长城钻探工程有限公司在该区块的钻井过程中,通过实施井深结构的优化,钻井液体系优化,钻井参数的优选与优配,钻具组合的合理选择,钻头型号优选的一系列综合提速技术措施,在水平井优快钻井方面取得了显著成效。总结了苏里格53区块钻井技术的成功经验,并提出了存在的问题。

     

    Abstract: Sulige gas field 53 block is low pressure,low permeable block,reservoir buried deep,oil layer is thin,single well production is low.Horizontal well development technology is effective method to enhance single well production and recovery efficiency in the study block.In the drilling process,great well drilling and exploration engineering limited company implemented a series of synthetic speed increase measures as optimizing well casing structure,optimizing drilling fluid system,optimizing drilling parameter selection and deployment,reasonable selection of drilling tool combination and optimizing bit model,which gained remarkable effect in horizontal well drilling,summarized successful experience of Sulige 53 block drilling technology and put forward existing problems.
