Optimization of injection and production parameters of CO_2 huff and puff by horizontal wells with volume fracturing in tight oil

  • 摘要: 致密油体积压裂水平井天然能量开发产量递减快,地层能量不足,采收率低。为此,开展了室内实验与矿场试验,结果表明,CO_2吞吐在致密油藏开发中具有较好的适应性,是提高致密油藏采收率的一项有效措施,CO_2吞吐的注采参数设计直接影响最终吞吐效果。通过水平井A井并结合室内实验数据,进行相关经验公式和数值模拟计算,以增油量和换油率为评价依据,在生产动态分析的基础上,优化了CO_2吞吐时机、注入总量、注入速度等吞吐参数,为实际生产提供依据。

     

    Abstract: The production of natural energy development of tight oil volume fracturing by horizontal wells decreases rapidly, formation energy is insufficient and the recovery factor is low. Therefore, laboratory experiment and field experiment were carried out. The results show that CO_2 huff and puff has good adaptability in tight reservoir development, and it is an effective measure to improve the recovery rate of tight reservoir. The design of injection production parameters of CO_2 huff and puff directly affects the final huff and puff effect. Taking A horizontal well as the laboratory experimental data, this paper optimizes the huff and puff parameters of CO_2 huff and puff timing, total injection volume and injection rate on the basis of production dynamic analysis, through relevant empirical formulas and numerical simulation calculation, and on the basis of evaluation of oil increment and oil exchange rate, so as to provide basis for actual production.
