桩西油田高泥质疏松砂岩油层堵塞机理及解堵技术研究

A Study on Plugging Mechanism and Unplugging Technologies in Unconsolidated Sand stone Reservoirs with High Clay Content in Zhuangxi Oilfield

  • 摘要: 桩106块由于地处滩海,钻井周期较长,加之该块Ng组储层砂岩胶结疏松、泥质含量高等特征,导致油层污染严重,出砂严重且防砂效果差,停产井多且难扶起。通过储层特征、敏感性评价、金属滤解剖、构建涂料砂与地层砂混配模型等研究储层潜在损害和防砂措施损害机理;通过酸液溶蚀岩心及滤堵物试验、混配模型通酸试验等优选解堵液体系,确定了适宜该块的“先酸后防、先防后酸”施工工艺,现场应用效果较好。

     

    Abstract: Drilling cycle is long in#106block in Zhangxi oil-fie ld due to its location in beach area.It addition,reser-voirs in the Ng Forma tion is unconsolidated sandstones with high clay content.Thus,pay zone polluti on and sand production are serious and sand control effects are poor.Potential reservoir damage mechanism and the damage mechanism of sand control measures are studied,and un-plugging fluid systems are optimized.An operation processsui table for use in this block is presented in this paper.Its field application ac hieved good effects.
