  • 摘要: 为了保证企业高效运营,降低勘探风险,提高经济效益,河南油田将GIS技术应用于油田企业管理与建设,成功地开发了"油田开发生产监控系统"。该系统建设以油田信息总体规划为指导,以数据采集、数据传输和数据存储管理为基础,以油气生产管理的业务流程为主线,应用现代通信、管线探测、遥感和地理信息系统等先进技术手段,有效地整合了油田企业的井场站点、集输管网、办公场地等生产要素信息和地理信息数据。该生产监控系统实现了地图与生产数据的双向查询,使得油田地下设施地面化、生产要素信息数字化,它为油田的生产管理及各类生产施工提供了科学、系统准确的技术数据。

     

    Abstract: In order to ensure efficient operations,reduce the exploration risk,improve economic efficiency,Henan oilfield have applied GIS technology on oilfield management and construc-tion,successfully developed oilfield development production monitoring system.This system construction is guided by oilfield overall planning for information,based on data acqui-sition,data transmission and data storage,set foundation for oil and gas production management process.The system effectively integrated the well station,gathering and transpor-tation network,office location and other production informa-tion and geographical data with application of advanced tech-niques as modern communication,pipeline detection,remote sensing and geographic information system.The production monitoring system realized the bidirectional inquiring of the map and production data,make the underground facilities ground,digitized the oil production elements,which provided scientific and technical data system accurately for oilfield production management and various production construction.
