水溶性暂堵剂SZD-01性能及应用

  • 摘要: 目前渤海油田多数注水井注水层位存在严重的非均质性,采用常规工艺笼统酸化,酸液进入的只是吸水较好的层,改善的只是个别小层,不吸水或者吸水差的小层改善力度很小,甚至得不到改善。针对这类注水井,采用了暂堵分流酸化技术,研制的水溶性暂堵剂SZD-01,暂堵率大于97%,水溶率大于95%,岩心渗透率恢复率大于95%。通过在渤海油田注水井的应用,证明了该暂堵剂能有效控制不同酸化层位的吸酸强度,调整地层吸水比例以达到均匀吸水。

     

    Abstract: Up to now,serious heterogeneity has existed in the ma-jority of the Bohai oilfield water injection wells injecting layers. Using conventional technology general acidification,acid only enters to the better absorbent layer,which improved only a few small layers,non-absorbent layers orlow absorbent layers have small or even no improvement. Temporary shunt plugging acidification technology has been applied for such injection wells. Water-soluble temporaryblocking agent SZD-01,temporarily blocking the rate of more than 97%,more than 95% water-soluble rate,core permeability recovery rate is greater than 95%. The application of injection wells in Bohai oilfield has proved that thetemporary blocking agent can effectively control the acid absorption strength of different acidification position and adjust the formation water absorption rate to even absorption.
