连续重整装置四合一加热炉设计

  • 摘要: 镇海炼油化工股份有限公司1.0Mt/a重整装置是国内处理量最大连续重整装置,根据其四合一加热炉在炉型选择、管路系统、燃烧器、对流段余热回收系统以及防止露点腐蚀方法等特殊的要求,在设计中利用提高省煤器入口温度的方法防止露点腐蚀。工业应用结果表明,加热炉的各项参数设计合理,满足实际生产需要,全炉的热效率为90.4%。

     

    Abstract: The 1. 0Mt/a reforming unit in Zhenhai Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd is the largest continuous reforming unit in China. It has special requirements on selection of furnace type, pipeline system, burner, waste heat recovery on convection interval and dew point corrosion prevention methods. The inlet temperature of coal economizer is leveled up in design to prevent dew point corrosioa Industrial application indicates that all furnace parameter designs are rational, they can meet the requirements of production, and the thermal efficiency of the whole furnace is up to 90. 4%.
