工业卷钉防锈处理技术

A Study of Antirust Technic of Industrial Coil Nail

  • 摘要: 通过金属制品发生化学反应及电化学反应而生锈的机理,探讨金属制品的防锈方法。针对工业卷钉的特点,对金属制品不同防锈方法进行了分析、对比、筛选,优选出工业卷钉的最佳防锈方法为防锈漆法。根据工业卷钉对防锈漆的要求:快干、透明、金黄色、漆膜牢固、不易脱落等,简述了金黄色钉漆的研制、试验过程。结合钉漆使用过程中出现的卷钉浸漆后颜色发青、钉尖发白、结块、干燥时间较长等问题,经过上百次实验,最后总结归纳出浸漆效果与空气相对湿度关系的规律,配制防锈漆液的钉漆、稀释剂、防潮剂的最佳配比等。

     

    Abstract: The preserving methods of industrial cail nail are presented, through mechanism studing of chemical ,and elechemical corroding to metalwork in the paper. These methods are compared and analysed. The best one of the methods is to use antirust paint, such characters of antirust paint as drying quickly, transparecy, golden colour et al are required.The relation between the painting quantity with air humidity, and the best proportion of paint, diluent, and moistureproof agent making up the antirust paint is found out.
