大牛地气田水淹井治理技术研究及应用

Control technology of water flooded wells in Daniudi gas field and its application

  • 摘要: 大牛地气田进入开发的中后期,产量、压力持续递减,普遍存在产量、压力无法满足气井携液需求的问题,气井出现积液减产,水淹停产的频次增多。为挖掘水淹井潜力,提高水淹井产量,开展了水淹井复产技术攻关。结合水淹井复产工艺现场应用试验,对水淹井不同复产工艺方法适用条件及工艺参数设计进行总结,形成了一套适用于大牛地气田的水淹井治理技术,为水淹井的复产提供了指导。

     

    Abstract: Daniudi gas field was characterized by typical low pressure,low porosity and low permeability,and when it entered the mid-late stage of gas field development,the production and pressure continued to decline,and the production and pressure could not meet the liquid carrying demand,which resulted in liquid loading and decreased production in gas wells,and the frequency of suspended production increased due to water flooding.To tap the potential and improve the production of flooded wells,the reproduction technology of water flooded wells was carried out.Combined with field application test of production process in flooded wells,applicable conditions and design of the process parameters of different recovery process of flooded wells were summarized,and a set of water flooded well control technology suitable for the Daniudi gas field was established,which provided a good guidance for re-production technology of the water flooded wells.
