Acidification technology and application of conventional block in district-8 of Jinglou oilfield

  • 摘要: 针对井楼油田楼八区常采区块原油高含蜡、高含胶质沥青质和高凝固点,以及储层非均质性强、有机和无机双重污染堵塞等问题,开展了室内优化酸液配方及完善施工工艺等项研究,研制出一套完整适合该区块的酸化技术。该酸化技术能有效解除地层有机和无机污染,防止产生酸渣,避免污染堵塞地层;另外酸化施工后,采用0.6~0.8 g/cm3氮气泡沫助排液,可有效加强残酸的返排,以防止对地层造成的二次伤害。

     

    Abstract: For conventional block in district-8 of Jinglou oilfield,characterized by high waxy crude oil,high colloid asphalt content,high freezing point,strong reservoir heterogeneity,as well as the problems of both organic and inorganic pollution jam,the indoor optimization acid formulation and perfecting construction technology studies have been carried out,and a set of complete acidification technology suitable for this block have been developed.The application results indicate the acidification technology can effectively remove formation of organic and inorganic pollution,preventing acid slag production and avoiding pollution jam formation.In addition,after acidification construction,with the use of 0.6~0.8 g/cm3 nitrogen foam drainage,it can effectively enhance the residual acid flowback and prevent secondary damage to the formation.
