模糊数学方法在大庆油田聚合物优选中的应用

Application of fuzzy comprehensive judgment in optimum choice of polymer solution in Daqing oilfield

  • 摘要: 根据大庆油田采油二厂油藏和流体性质特征以及聚合物驱油原理,提出了聚合物溶液增粘性、稳定性、耐稀释性、耐温性、抗盐性和抗剪切性综合技术指标,并通过室内实验对这些指标进行了检测,同时利用模糊数学方法对检测结果进行了综合评判。结果表明,模糊数学方法是优选聚合物产品简洁而有效的方法,可以对多因素影响下不同聚合物品质优劣进行定量评价。参与被评价的"大庆抗盐"、"大庆超高"和"北京恒聚"聚合物产品中,"大庆抗盐"聚合物总体占优。

     

    Abstract: Polymer flooding is an effective way to enhance oil recovery of non-heterogeneous reservoir,whether the polymer is reasonable or not has much to do with the oil increasing effect.According to the oil reservoir and fluid property character of Daqing Oilfield Oil Recovery Plant No.2 and the polymer flooding theory,the technical inde- xes such as viscosifying capacity,stability capacity,heat endurance capacity,salt resistance capacity,and shearing resistance capacity has been brought forward in this pa- per.Through laboratory testing on these indexes,the tes- ting results are comprehensively judged by using fuzzy mathematics method.The results indicate that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can evaluate the quali- ties of different polymers in ration under different condi- tions,and among"Daqing salt resistance","Beijing Hengju KYPAM-2",and"Daqing ultra high molecu- lar",these three polymers to be tested,and"Daqing salt resistance"is the best in general.
