元坝超深水平井井眼轨迹控制技术

  • 摘要: 元坝地区水平井钻井施工难度大、风险大,安全开发级别要求高。井眼轨迹控制技术是水平井钻井整套技术的关键环节,在分析元坝区块水平井施工难点的基础上,首先对入井工具、仪器、钻具组合及钻井参数进行了优选及优化分析,然后根据施工要求有针对性的提出了元坝超深水平井轨迹控制技术方案,包括超深水平井侧钻技术、造斜段井眼轨迹控制技术、超深水平井着陆控制技术、水平段轨迹控制技术等。在此基础上,优选出了适合元坝超深水平井的高温高压测量仪器,形成了超深井井眼轨迹控制技术及操作规程,提高了钻井效率。

     

    Abstract: Horizontal well drilling in Yuanba area had characteristics of big construction difficulty,high risk and high level of security development requirements.Trajectory control technique was an important part in overall horizontal drilling techniques.Through analyzing the difficulties of horizontal well drilling in Yuanba area,the drilling tools,instruments,bottom hole assembly and drilling parameters were analyzed and optimized firstly.And then,based on construction requirements,the technical proposal of specific trajectory control technique was put forward,which mainly included deep sidetracking technique,trajectory control technique in deflecting section,ultra-deep landing control technique and trajectory control technology in horizontal section.On this basis,the measuring instrument suitable for ultra-deep horizontal wells under high temperature and high pressure was optimized and the operational procedures were formed,which could improve the drilling efficiency.
