保形取心技术在苏丹六区的应用

  • 摘要: 针对苏丹六区油层蕴藏条件及地层疏松、埋藏深度浅、井斜大、取心困难等问题,通过运用辽河工程院自主研制的保形取心工具、优化取心工艺技术措施,很好地解决了该地区疏松地层取心收获率低等问题。通过近年来9口井的取心实践,证明了该项取心技术能显著提高苏丹六区松散地层取心质量,并对指导苏丹其它区块同类油田大斜度井、松散地层取心具有一定的参考价值。详细介绍了该区块取心难点,保形取心的技术特点,取心工艺技术措施及应用效果。

     

    Abstract: In accordance with the status of unconsolidated stra- tum.low imbedding depth,large deviation and difficult to coring in No.6 block in Sudan.the problem of low coring recovery rate in unconsolidated formation is solved by apply- ing the conformal coring technique,optimizing the coring op- erations.The coring practice in nine wells shows that this kind of coring technique can enhance apparently the coring quality of incompact stratum in conformal coring technique, and offer references for coring in large deviation,unconsoli- dated formation of other blocks in Sudan.The coring diffi- culty,the features of conformal coring technique,technical operations and the application effect is specified.
