城2井基岩推覆体山前构造钻井技术探讨

  • 摘要: 属典型山前构造的城2井,在井深180.00~2219.40m钻遇基岩,基岩厚度达2039.40m,全井共断、刺钻具40次,钻穿基岩的厚度和刺、断钻具的次数和频率属国内油田罕见。该井施工难度大,主要表现在机械钻速缓慢、易出现钻铤粘扣、断钻具,地层倾角大井斜上升问题突出,井身轨迹控制困难。面对上述困难,通过优选钻头和钻具组合,同时强化操作,极大地遏止了断钻具事故发生率,为山前构造推覆体的钻井技术积累了一定的经验。

     

    Abstract: Basement of 2039. 40m thick was encountered in 180. 00-2 219. 40 m interval in Cheng 2 well positioned on a typical piedmont structure. The drilling tools broke or split for 40 times in the whole drilling process. Both the thickness of basement penetrated and the number of times and frequency of the drilling tool breaking or splitting are rare in China. Drilling operation in this well was faced with many big challenges, mainly including low ROP, thread gluing of drill collar, drilling tool breaking, large formation dip, enlargement of well deviation, as well as difficult well trajectory control. The occurrence rate of drilling tool breaking accidents is largely lowered through optimizing drill bits and the make - up of string as well as strengthening drilling operation. Some experiences are accumulated for drilling in piedmont thrust nappe.
