新疆油田百110井区佳木河组压裂优化技术研究

  • 摘要: 百110井区是近年新疆油田重点评价区块,主力储层佳木河组具有基质物性差,非均质性强,岩石成分复杂等特点,压裂改造有一定难度,2008年压裂施工2井次,均因套压超过井口安全压力,导致实际加砂量远低于设计规模。通过分析,佳木河组储层天然微裂缝发育,造成压裂施工时压裂液滤失严重,同时较高的杨氏模量使缝宽较窄,两者相互影响作用,易造成砂堵。针对这些问题,通过优化压裂参数、优选压裂液添加剂等项技术,确定了新的压裂方案。2009年共在佳木河组压裂施工11井次,成功率100%,取得了较好的增产效果。

     

    Abstract: The Jiamuhe formation of Permian ,the major reservoir in the Bai-110 well block which is the priority appraisal area in Xinjiang Oilfield in recent years, are characterized by poor petrophysical property of matrix , strong anisotropy , complex rock components, which adds lots of difficulties to fracturing.there were two oil- wells couldn't be sand-fractured according to the design because the casing pressure overtook the surface pressure safety in 2008 which resulted in sand plug lowed than designed quantity . According to the analysis of Jiamuhe reservoir natural microfractures, the fracturing fluid loss is severe in fracturing, while the higher modulus to a narrow slit width, the role of mutual influence is easy to cause sand plug . To solve these problems by optimizing the fracture parameters, optimization of fracturing additive fluid and other technologies, the new fracturing design has been determined.In 2009, The research achievements have been shown by 11 wells in Jiamuhe formation with a success rate of 100% and high productivity for most of the fractured wells.
