苏丹三七区块原油降凝降粘技术研究

  • 摘要: 苏丹三七区块原油属于高蜡、高粘原油,原油中的蜡含量、碳原子分布和组成、胶质和沥青质均影响降凝剂的降凝效果。为了确保苏丹长输管线的安全输送,根据原油的油品性质及其分析结果,筛选出了一种对苏丹原油具有良好改性效果的原油降凝剂SL2。试验研究结果表明,在混合油中加入SL2复合降凝降粘剂1000mg/L,可使原油凝固点由40℃降至30℃,温度在50℃时,降粘率大于30%,使原油低温流动性明显改善。

     

    Abstract: Sudanese crude oil is a kind of highly waxy and vis- cosity crude oil.The effectiveness of pour depressing de- pends on the constituent of crude oil,such as wax concen- tration,carbon amount distribution and composition,res- in and asphaltene.To assure the safety operation of Su- danese Blended Crude Pipeline,based on the properties of crude oil in Sudanese 3/7 blocks,a gel point depressant having a good modifying effect for Sudanese Pipelining crude oil is selected.The test results shows that adding 0.1 wt% of SL2 depressor could reduce gel point from 40℃to 30℃and get 30% reduction of apparent viscosity of Sudanese crude oil at 50℃,and effectively improve the flow behavior of the crude oil under low temperature.
