滑套式气举阀排液技术研究及应用

  • 摘要: 针对大港油田试油作业汽化水排液技术存在施工周期长、配套设备多、技术费用高等问题,研究了一种滑套式气举阀排液技术方案。介绍了滑套式气举阀的结构组成、工作原理以及主要技术参数;分析计算了滑套式气举阀排液技术参数,并在大港油田X50-5-2井进行了现场应用。应用结果表明:相同排液量下,滑套式气举阀排液时间比汽化水排液时间减少近3小时,降低了施工成本,具有较广泛的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problems occurred in water drainage technology of oil testing in Dagang oilfield,such as long construction,multiple ancillary equipment and higher technology cost,the solution of water drainage technology by sliding sleeve gas lift valve was studied.The structural composition,working principles as well as main technical parameters of the sliding sleeve gas lift valve were mainly introduced.The technology parameters of water drainage by sliding sleeve gas lift valve were analyzed and calculated,and the technical solution has been applied in X50-5-2 well in Dagang oilfield.The application results indicated under the same drainage volume,the time of water drainage by sliding sleeve gas lift valve was 3 hours less than vaporization water,which reduced construction cost and had extensive application prospects.
