新型承压堵漏技术在冀东油田南堡3-20井的应用

Application of new-type pressure sealing technology in Nanpu 3-20 well of Jidong oilfield

  • 摘要: 为解决冀东油田南堡三号构造深层井段完井期间井漏与溢流并存问题,对施工井采用了承压堵漏技术,应用了新型堵漏材料BZ-SPA和KT。介绍了NP3-20井四开完井井段新型BZ-SPA和KT堵漏材料的应用情况,应用结果表明,采用该新型堵漏材料承压堵漏技术和分段间歇式堵漏工艺有效地提高了长裸眼井段钻井液安全密度窗口,增强了地层承压能力,保证了完井期间井控安全,为完井测井、固井等施工提供了良好的井眼条件。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the co-existing problem of well leakage and overflow during the period of well completion of No.3 structural deep well of Nanpu,pressure sealing technology has been adopted for construction wells and new type plugging material BZSPA and KT has been applied.The application of new BZ-SPA and KT plugging material has been introduced in this paper.The application results indicate by adopting the new type pressure sealing technology and staging intermittent plugging technology,to improve the safe drilling fluid density window of long open hole section,enhance the capacity of the formation pressure,ensure the safety of the well control during well completion and provides good borehole conditions for completion construction such as well logging and well cementation.
