Fracturing parameters optimization of simulated horizontal wells in low permeability reservoirs

  • 摘要: 为提高低渗透油藏储层动用程度,可采用仿水平井(直井大型压裂)注水开发技术,但地层参数与压裂参数对仿水平井注水开发的影响有多大尚不清楚,为此,以胜利油田某区块地质数据及生产动态为基础,建立随机模型,对影响仿水平井的主要因素进行研究。主要运用单变量法和正交试验设计方法设定不同的注采参数方案,利用数值模拟技术预测各方案对应的开发指标;通过极差、方差分析,研究了地层渗透率、原油黏度、裂缝角度、裂缝半缝长、裂缝与地层渗透率倍数等对开发效果的影响。研究表明应用仿水平井注水开发效果理想。

     

    Abstract: In order to enhance the producing degree of low permeability reservoir,the water injection technology of simulated horizontal wells(large-scale fracturing of vertical wells)has been adopted.However,the effect of formation parameters and fracturing parameters on water injection of the simulated horizontal wells was not clear.Therefore,based on the geological data and production performance of a block in Shengli oilfield,a stochastic geological model was established and the study on main influencing factors of the simulated horizontal wells has been carried out.By using the single variable method and orthogonal experiment design method,different injection production parameter schemes have been established,and the corresponding development indexes of each scheme have been predicted by numerical simulation technology.Through range analysis and variance analysis,the qualitative analysis and quantitative study have been carried out to study the influence of formation permeability,crude oil viscosity,fracture angle,half crack length,fracture and formation permeability.The application results indicate the water injection development effect is good with the use of the simulated horizontal wells.
