Manufacturing and application of profile control agent for stratum of high permeability and large pore passage

  • 摘要: 针对高渗透、大孔道地层深部调剖困难的问题,根据常规的化学堵剂存在的一些优缺点和相关的封堵机理,在室内研制出了一种新型的有机-无机复合堵剂——FY共混胶调剖剂,并考察了其性能。结果表明,调剖剂有较高的强度,且对上述地层封堵强度高、堵效好,具有耐水冲刷性等特点。FY共混胶调剖剂在河南油田5-310井进行了现场应用,取得良好的增油降水效果。

     

    Abstract: To solve the problem of deep profile control for stratum of high permeability and large pore passage and on the basis of advantages and shortcomings of ordinary chemical choking agent and the related choking mechanism,the FY blended rubber profile control agent,a new organic-inorganic composite choking agent,is manufactured in the laboratory and its performance is surveyed.The application result in well 5 -310 in Henan oilfield suggests that the profile control agent is characterized by high intensity,high choking intension and good choking effect and waterproof washing.
