大情字油田套管损坏机理认识及防控对策

Casing damage mechanisms and its countermeasures in Daqingzi oilfield

  • 摘要: 吉林油田乾安地区目前已进入开发中后期,水井套管损坏现象突出,严重影响了油田注水开发效果。因此以乾安地区大情字油田为研究对象,分析了套损形态特征及套损分布统计规律,开展了套损段岩石物理力学性质实验研究,并进行了地应力及其它各类套损影响因素数模分析。研究结果表明,该地区套损主控因素为注水后泥岩吸水软化,套管周围形成椭圆形分布的非均匀地应力外载,导致套管抗挤强度大幅度降低。最后提出了针对性的套损防控技术对策。

     

    Abstract: Qianan area of Jilin oilfield has entered mid-late stage of development and casing damage in water injection wells is serious,which significantly affects the waterflooding effect.Taking Daqingzi oilfield in Qianan as a study area,the characteristics of casing damage and statistical distribution of casing damage have been analyzed,experimental study on rock mechanics for casing damage intervals has been carried out,and the numerical simulation is conducted on in-situ stress and other factors.By conducting this systematic investigation,the major factors resulting in the casing damage are determined as following:the softening of mudstone after water absorbing leads to the elliptical distribution of nonuniform in-situ stress,which significantly reduces the collapse resistance of casing.Based on these new findings,the casing damage prevention strategy is proposed,and the optimized design for casing in serious casing damage intervals is developed.
