三塘湖油田牛东区块火成岩油藏固井防漏技术研究与应用

  • 摘要: 针对三塘湖牛东构造属于"低孔、低渗、低压"裂缝-孔隙型火成岩油藏漏失低返特性,采用低密高强、防漏水泥浆以及分级固井技术取得了较好效果。通过对提高固井质量技术和固井水泥浆体系研究,得到适合牛东火山岩油藏的固井工艺综合配套技术和水泥浆体系,在现场2口井固井施工中均获成功,固井合格率达到100%。

     

    Abstract: Sangtanghu Niudong structure is a fractured-porousIgneous rock reservoir with low-porosity,low permeability,low pressure and low back leakage characteristics. It has achieved good effect by applying low density,high strength and leakage proof cement and fractional cementing technolo-gy. The paper carried on research in improving the cementing quality technology and cement slurry system,then gained cementing technique comprehensive supporting technologies and cement slurry system suitable to Niudong igneous rock reservoir,which was successfully applied to 2wells. cementing acceptability rate reach to 100 percent.
