春风油田排6北区块浅层水平井钻井技术

  • 摘要: 春风油田排6北区块油藏属于浅薄层特、超稠油油藏,具有埋藏深度浅、储层胶结疏松、砂体薄等特点,为了提高单井产量和采收率,采用水平井蒸汽吞吐技术进行开采。针对该区块水平井施工在轨迹控制、地质导向、套管下入等方面的难题,开展了井眼轨迹优化、轨迹控制和钻井液排量的研究与实践,现场实践表明,采取相应的技术措施,保证了排6北首批10口水平井顺利完成,未出现重大复杂情况,取得了良好的钻井效果。

     

    Abstract: Pai 6 north block of Chunfeng oilfield belongs to a shallow extra heavy oil reservoir, which has the characteristics of shallow burial depth, loose reservoir cementation and thin sand body, etc. In order to improve the production and recovery single well, the horizontal well steam stimulation technology is adopted. Aiming at the difficult problems of horizontal well construction in this area, such as horizontal well trajectory control,geo-steering and casing running, etc., the research and practice of well trajectory optimization, trajectory control and drilling fluid displacement were carried out. Field practice shows that by adopting good technical measures, the first 10 horizontal wells in Pai 6 north have been successfully completed without major and complex situations, the project quality meets the requirements of relevant standards, and good results have been achieved.
