多元热流体提高稠油油藏采收率作用机理及应用

Action mechanism and application of multiple-thermal fluids to improve heavy oil recovery

  • 摘要: 多元热流体技术是将燃油与空气混合燃烧后,产生高温高压烟道气,同时将水加热汽化,形成氮气、二氧化碳、热水等组成的高温高压多元热流体混合物,注入油层,从而提高油井产量。通过室内实验和数模结果明确了多元热流体提高稠油采收率的作用机理:二氧化碳易溶于稠油中,主要起降粘作用;氮气具有增能助排作用,能够扩大蒸汽的波及范围,减少注汽热损失;多元热流体驱替比热水驱替提高驱替效率11.8%。胜利油田应用多元热流体稠油开采技术在草20区块进行了先导试验,取得了较好的增油效果。

     

    Abstract: Multiple thermal fluid technology is a technology to produce high temperature and high pressure stack gas after the burning of mixed fuel oil and air,meantime,to heat water and vaporize water,and produce multiple thermal fluids mixture with high temperature and high pressure,composed by nitrogen,carbon dioxide,water and etc,and inject the mixture into oil layers so as to improve oil production.Through the indoor experiment and numerical simulation,the action mechanism of the multiple thermal fluid technology to enhance heavy oil recovery has been made clear.As co2 is soluble in heavy oil,realizing viscosity reduction.Nitrogen is of energy-increasing and cleanup-addictive function,and it can enlarge the sweeping scope of steam and reduce hot loss in steam injection.Compared with hot water displacement,the multiple thermal fluid technology can increase 11.8%displacement efficiency.With the pilot testing of multiple thermal fluid technology application in Cao block,good oil increment has been obtained.
