四川高压气井完井生产管柱优化设计及应用

  • 摘要: 四川深层气藏普遍具有高温、高压、含酸性介质特征,复杂的工程地质条件给完井管柱结构设计、承压、受力变形等方面带来了系列问题。探讨了不同工况条件下完井管柱结构设计思路,针对川西须家河组、川东北嘉陵江组和飞仙关组不同储层特征,进行了封隔器、循环滑套、伸缩短节等井下工具优选,通过管柱强度校核,确定出了川西高产井的完井生产管柱结构,提出了川东北以T1f3为目的层、勘探转开发的完井生产管柱设计思路。

     

    Abstract: High temperature, high pressure and acidicmedium commonly existed in Sichuan deep gas reservoir.The complex geology condition bring many difficulties tocompleted well design, bearing pressure and force and deformation. In the article, completed well production stringdesign aiming at different operating condition has been discussed. In view of different reservoir characteristics of western Sichuan Xujiahe group, north-eastern SichuanJialingjiang group and Feixianguan group, we carried on optimization of down hole tools as the packer, the circulatingSSD, telescopic nipple.Through the production string intensity examination,we determined the western Sichuan highyield well completed well production string structure,proposed new production string design for north eastern Sichuan, which take T1f3 as the target layer, transfer the exploration to the development.
