Abstract: Topology optimization of oilfield water - injection surface system is the key aspect of the whole water - injection system optimization. We used to adopt traditional optimization techniques, but it is difficult and intricate. This paper adopted one of the modern optimization technique-Genetic Algorithm, and obtained good result. Genetic Algorithm is an optimization arithmetic involved biology evolution, artificial intelligence, and mathematics. It can search along many routes, and it is a global optimization technique.
