水力压裂回接管柱失效原因分析及改进建议

Failure analysis of hydrofracturing tieback string and improvement proposals

  • 摘要: 水力压裂回接管柱压裂时受多种载荷作用,受力复杂,易发生屈服破坏。对东胜气田A井压裂施工时回接管柱变形原因进行了受力分析,通过ANSYS有限元软件进行分析,明确了该井回接管柱发生变形的原因为所受应力超过其屈服强度极限所致。分析认为,增加回接管柱自身强度以及压裂施工时施加环空平衡压的方式可有效降低回接管柱破坏风险,并提出了回接管柱结构的改进建议。

     

    Abstract: Hydrofracturing tieback is easy to produce yield failure due to various loads and complex forces. This paper analyzes the deformation causes of the tieback string during fracturing of well A in Dongsheng gas field. Through ANSYS finite element software analysis, it is clear that the reason of deformation of the pipe column is caused by the stress exceeding its yield strength limit. The analysis shows that increasing the selfstrength of the tieback string and applying the annulus equilibrium pressure during fracturing can effectively reduce the damage risk of the tieback string, and puts forward some improvement proposals.
