Abstract: As development plans of oil and gas fields involves various technical and economic indicators, which are both interdependent and contradictory, decision - making and appraisement are faced with big challenges when evaluating and optimizing the development plans. Moreover, decision makers sometimes are easily influenced by some specific indicators and often confirm or deny the whole plan according to one economic or technical indicator a-lone. For this reason, we try to evaluate and optimize development plan of oil and gas fields with the analytical hierarchy process theory of the comprehensive evaluation method in this paper.
